1 About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to every class, session and package bought at Pilates Hunter Kemang, Jl. Kemang Timur No. 64, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan 12730. The studio is operated by PT Tubuh Sehat Sejahtera (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By buying a class or package — on this website, over WhatsApp or at the studio — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2 Buying classes & packages

We offer three class formats, each sold as a single session or as a package of sessions:

• Private Class — one instructor, one client.
• Semi-Private Class — online packages are Duo (two people training together); larger groups are arranged over WhatsApp.
• Group Class — up to six people, following our monthly schedule.

Private and Semi-Private sessions are priced by instructor tier (White, Grey, Peach or Lilac), which you choose when you buy. The Trial Private session is for your first session only. ATSI Bodyworks is by appointment and is quoted over WhatsApp.

A booking is confirmed only once we have verified your payment and confirmed your day and time with you on WhatsApp. Sessions are subject to instructor availability.

3 Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are quoted per session.
• PPN (VAT) of 12% is added to the subtotal. The full total is shown to you before you pay.
• All prices are non-negotiable.
• Full payment is required no later than the first day of your sessions.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer to the company account shown at checkout. Please include the transaction reference from your receipt when you confirm on WhatsApp so we can match your payment.
• Credit or debit card, online where this option is shown at checkout, or at the studio. Online card payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway partner, Xendit. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page; we never see or store your full card number.
• QR code payment at the studio.

A payment counts as received once it has been confirmed by our bank or payment gateway. If a payment fails, is declined, or you are unsure whether it went through, contact us before paying again (see section 8).

4 Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancellations and reschedules can only be made via WhatsApp to +62 899-8251-010, with at least this much notice before the session starts:

• If you cancel in time, the session stays in your package and you can rebook it within the package's validity period.
• A cancellation made with less notice, or a session you do not attend, is charged and counted as used.
• Please arrive early. Sessions start and end on time and are not extended for lateness.

If your semi-private partner cancels in time

You may choose to:

• attend on your own as a single session (it counts as one semi-private session);
• take a private class for an additional charge (the semi-private session stays available in your package); or
• cancel the session (it will be charged).

If we need to cancel

If we have to cancel or move a session — for example because an instructor is unwell — we will tell you as early as we can. The session is not counted as used: we will rebook it with you, and it stays in your package.

5 Refunds

Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, including sessions that expire unused or are lost to a late cancellation. We will, however, refund you in these cases:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged the wrong amount — we refund the difference;
• we cancel sessions and cannot offer you a replacement within your package's validity period — we refund the sessions we could not provide.

To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp with your name, the payment date, the amount and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — card payments to the same card, transfers to the account they came from — within 14 working days of approval. For card payments, the time it takes to appear on your statement also depends on your card issuer.

If you have a problem with a card payment, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute raised through your bank.

6 Package validity & use

Each package is valid for a set number of days, counted from the date of your first session in that package. Sessions not used by the end of the validity period expire and are not refunded or extended.

• A package can only be used by the person who bought it — or, for a Duo package, by the two people it was bought for. It cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
• Each session you attend, or cancel late, uses one session from the package.
• A package is for the class format and tier it was bought at.

7 Studio rules & health

• Tell your instructor about any physical problem, condition or injury before your session, and bring a doctor's note to your first session if you have a medical condition.
• If you are pregnant, postnatal or recovering from surgery, please check with your doctor that Pilates is right for you before you start.
• Wear fitted (not baggy) clothing so your posture is visible. Socks are required.
• Pilates is physical exercise. Follow your instructor's guidance, and stop and tell them straight away if you feel pain or discomfort.

8 Contact us

For any question about a payment, a booking or these Terms — including a failed, duplicate or incorrect charge — contact us. Please include your name, the payment date, the amount and the transaction reference.

9 Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies; a package you have already bought keeps the price and validity it was sold with.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
